Tyler became the owner of the business in 2020. Prior to that, he lived in North Dakota, where he completed his education in the HVACR industry. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He is a proud father of two children and is actively involved in his community as a volunteer with the local fire department.

Karli joined the team in 2022 as an office administrator and dispatcher, however she has known the Rupe family for many years. She is a mother of two beautiful children. She enjoys reading and going on walks with her two dogs!
